It is designed for installation of an Fs218 T-Track adapter on the surface of an inflatable vessel. 

Product description:

• The Mp218 pad is designed to install the Fs218 mount with the bottom T-bolt on the surface of any PVC inflatable vessel (motorboat, RIB, belly boat, float tube, SUP board, or inflatable kayak).
• The design is compact (the round pad is 100 mm in diameter) and reliable. The PVC pad is reinforced with another pad, made of polyamide, which provides high strength of the product.
• The side holes serve as two strap holders.
• The assembly also includes a plug that protects the internal part of the pad from water and dirt getting inside when it is not in use.
